My Approach
Starting something new can create feelings of anxiety, worry and fear. So what does a counselling session look like with me? Here is what you can expect -

During my counselling training, I was surprised with my curiosity of death and the overall process of dying. I learned how diversified the act of death and dying truly is. From that, I became passionate about supporting clients who have lossed a loved one, as well as an advocate for clients grieving non-death losses.
Throughout my sessions, I work with clients to identify their individualized response to grief. There are so many factors that are influential upon a person's response to grief.

I provide an open and non-judgemental space for clients to share in moments of remembrance and joy, as well as support during times of vulnerability and pain. I approach my grief counselling sessions from a place of privilege with the goal of clients’ grieving process leading to acceptance.
How I can help.
